Exchange and Return Policy
All sales are final. There is a strict no return or exchange policy, so we ask that you please carefully review all order and measurement details prior to confirming your order. However, if there needs to be any adjustments made to the product(s), I am more than happy to fix/adjust. Please keep in mind that fees may apply.
Customers are able to request custom orders however, I do not do custom orders without full payment upfront. Please keep in mind that I am not promising that I can fufill all custom orders, therefore a request will need to be submitted to my email in the contact section and we can work together from there.
Please allow 1-4 days for order processing once your order has been confirmed. After this time period, your order will ship out and will take about 2-5 business days to deliver.
